The paper discusses the peculiarities of pupils’ mathematical notions the formation in the modern paradigm of education and in the light of the demands, made in the concept of mathematical education. These requirements imply updating the content of teaching mathematics at school, bringing it closer to the modern sections and practical applications, the widespread using of project activities. To overcome the existing fragmentation of various mathematical disciplines and the isolation of individual sections, to ensure the integrity and unity in the teaching of mathematics is possible only on by allocating the main lines in it. Mathematical structures are the rods, the main construction lines of mathematical courses. Phased process of formation of concepts about the basic mathematical structures is a prerequisite for the implementation of the principle of availability of training. Method of projects can be of great help in a phased study of mathematical structures. Application of this method in the study of mathematical structures allows solve a number of tasks to expand and deepen the knowledge of mathematics, consider the possibilities of their applica-tion in practice, the acquisition of practical skills to work with modern software products, the full development of the individual abilities of pupils.

The paper deals with the layered structure of training at the higher school; possibility of graduates’ employment; employment problems from a position of labor market, graduates and higher education institutions. The author gives general recommendations to participants of training process and their employment for improvement of graduates’ professional prospects. The problem has a system character in a logistic chain entrant-higher education institution-graduate-employer-state.

The paper is written on the basis of the plenary report, made by the author at the All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference “Mathematics and Computer Modeling in studies of students and pupils” (Kirov, 14-15 May 2013). The paper is devoted to problems of tax administration of value added tax in modern conditions of development of the Russian tax system. The results of the analysis of tax base and tax obligations for the VAT help to conclude that there is a need of cardinal reforming of an order of calculation of the tax. The calculations for separately taken region prove the efficiency of the presented method of tax calculation.

The paper is dedicated to the study of data statistical processing methods (one-way ANOVA test) for validity estimation of tests for the Universal state exam. The question is topical both for society and education. For validity estimation of testing items we apply some methods of statistical processing of data and propose the mechanism for data processing and control of testing items at the Universal state exam.

The paper suggests the description of the general characteristics and specific peculiarities of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users – on the example of adolescents. The phenomenon, its content and its place in the “self-conception” structure are regarded. The authors consider the problems, solved in the empirical investigation, and offer the methods, serving the basis for the study of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users. The results of the research interpret the content of the “virtual Ego” image. For the pur-pose of detection of the specific features of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users its comparison with “Ego real” and “Ego ideal” is given. The practical use of the research consists of the examination of the level of differentiation between the images of “virtual Ego” and “Ego real”, “Ego ideal” possessed by the Internet users.

The paper analyzes the peculiarities of tourism management. It is revealed that the development of local government is the potential development of the territory of the indigenous peoples. It is proved that the development of the tourism sector of the economy is adaptable to the market and is one of the ways of increasing the competitiveness of municipalities. For the analysis of the spatial development the use of tourist zoning and territorial marketing is justified.

The paper examines the factors, determining the ambivalent position of young people in the Russian labor market, shows multidimensionality of solving the employment problem associated with providing effective training and sustainable employment, improvement of the employment labor system in general and provision of social and legal guarantees for young people in labor and employment spheres.

The paper discusses the readiness of children for school education. The authors detail social and psycho-logical readiness of children for school in the period from preschool education to primary school education. Social and psychological readiness of children for school significantly increases the efficiency of the adaptation of children to school education.

The paper describes the process of graphic education in conditions of Federal State Educational Standard of 3rd generation.

The paper discusses the features of modular training and programmed instruction, applied to the problem of designing of information educational space of students’ personal development. The structure of the frame and steps in the theory of programmed instruction is discussed. The structure of modules and blocks in the theory of modular training is considered. The features of the educational process constructed in accordance with the ideas of modular training are discussed. The author indicates the way the process of programmed instruction and modular training can be adjusted so that it meets the requirements of the learner-centered learning process. A number of provisions of the concept of modular training program which can be effectively used in the design of information educational space of students’ personal development is highlighted.

The paper deals with the problems of readiness formation of future primary school teachers to the profession on the basis of competence-based approach in terms of university complexes. Teaching experience shows that the educational process in the modern university has a lot of opportunities to solve problems that concern our experts. However, these opportunities are not used fully, in particular, the contradictions that we have analyzed in this study. The general idea of the competency approach is adequately oriented education, which aims to complete the assimilation of knowledge and methods of practice, through which people successfully fulfills itself in different areas of their life. Therefore, in the paper we have analyzed the concept of "approach" in general, and scientific understanding, as well as the concept of "competence", "educational competence”. Identified and some of the key competencies. The article reveals the principles and objectives of the formation of professional competence of future specialists of primary education. The effectiveness of the training process of the future elementary school teacher in the context of the competence-based approach in the training of speed will depend on the completeness of the implementation of all its components. Therefore, we have identified specific ways of readiness for future elementary school teachers to the profession that is based on competence-based approach. It is also noted that the training of the future teacher competency-based approach should provide for the formation of his professional competence by the progressive development, formation and the formation of its levels (key, basic, special) as a result of specialized training of future teachers.

A definition of the «learners’ educational needs monitoring» notion is substantiated in the paper, and the subject’s specificity is shown in the circumstances of education individualization. The author’s experience of training of prospective teachers to monitor the educational needs of learners – while projecting for them in-dividual educational trajectories – is presented.

The paper is devoted to teaching the application of concepts at practical lessons of mathematics at higher educational institutions. The author points out the actions, implementation of which involves the mastery of the concept. On the example of one of the themes of linear algebra and analytical geometry the author shows how you can teach students to implement specified actions when solving mathematical problems.

The proposed to the reader article is about the unique nature of wisdom as an expression of the essential human potentiality. Problems in the organization of patriotic education of youth requires joint efforts of representatives of various public institutions. The paper presents the results of a study of current activity of the representatives of educational and public organizations and associations of patriotic education of citizens, examines typical problems of realization of the program of patriotic education.

The article describes the successful teams’ experience of a particular educational institution in the formation and work as an accounting model key element of the extracurricular students’ achievements. The analytical data of the three teams’ activities is presented. The need to maintain and improve the health of children in modern society compels teachers of preschools to seek new forms and means of health care activities, because the younger generation encounters increas-ingly high requirements for physical and mental health, emotional endurance, which can be met by healthy children exclusively. The authors propose the creation of health care room in the municipal budget pre-school educational institution № 61, for the formation of children's needs in motor activity and physical per-fection through the organization of additional group lessons for kids in cheerleading. The article signs out the hypothesis, aim and objectives of the beginning of the experiment, describes the various exercises used in infant cheerleading.

The paper analyzes the characteristics and psychological and pedagogical barriers in training of medical schools lecturers in the system of additional vocational training. The results of an empirical study of profes-sional and personal qualities of doctors-educators describe psycho-emotional state, professional self-esteem and values, individual style of teaching. The terms and learning objectives of training students to improve their psycho-pedagogical competence and self-development are described. The content of the program of the course “Pedagogy and psychology of higher education” for teachers of medical universities, specific forms, techniques and technologies of training are given.

The need to allocate children and adolescents, who are prone to suicidal behavior in temporary collectives of children's health centers, is explained in the paper. Causes of demonstrative suicidal behavior of individ-ual pupils are analyzed. The scheme of the psychological support of children and adolescents, who are prone to demonstrate suicidal behavior, is considered in the paper.

The paper is devoted to the features of legal higher education in the countries of Romano-Germanic (the FRG) and Anglo-Saxon (the USA) legal system. The authors give the comparative analyses of the rules, teaching methods, programs of study in the juridical colleges and universities. The conclusions are made, concerning the application of some elements of these systems in the legal education in the Russian Federation.

The subject of study in the paper is the problem of air passengers’ safety. Currently, one of the approaches to the problem is the introduction of profiling technology to the work of airport security and law enforcement. The concept of profiling is based on building a psychological profile (portrait) of a passenger. Profiling provides the opportunity to receive objective information about the potential dangers of the subject and can be effectively used for measures to prevent acts of unlawful interference with civil aviation and other transport infrastructure.
