The paper discusses the peculiarities of pupils’ mathematical notions the formation in the modern paradigm of education and in the light of the demands, made in the concept of mathematical education. These requirements imply updating the content of teaching mathematics at school, bringing it closer to the modern sections and practical applications, the widespread using of project activities. To overcome the existing fragmentation of various mathematical disciplines and the isolation of individual sections, to ensure the integrity and unity in the teaching of mathematics is possible only on by allocating the main lines in it. Mathematical structures are the rods, the main construction lines of mathematical courses. Phased process of formation of concepts about the basic mathematical structures is a prerequisite for the implementation of the principle of availability of training. Method of projects can be of great help in a phased study of mathematical structures. Application of this method in the study of mathematical structures allows solve a number of tasks to expand and deepen the knowledge of mathematics, consider the possibilities of their applica-tion in practice, the acquisition of practical skills to work with modern software products, the full development of the individual abilities of pupils.

The results of the analysis of tax base and tax obligations for the VAT help to conclude that there is a need of cardinal reforming of an order of calculation of the tax. The paper suggests the description of the general characteristics and specific peculiarities of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users – on the example of adolescents. The phenomenon, its content and its place in the “self-conception” structure are regarded. The authors consider the problems, solved in the empirical investigation, and offer the methods, serving the basis for the study of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users. The results of the research interpret the content of the “virtual Ego” image. For the pur-pose of detection of the specific features of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users its comparison with “Ego real” and “Ego ideal” is given. The practical use of the research consists of the examination of the level of differentiation between the images of “virtual Ego” and “Ego real”, “Ego ideal” possessed by the Internet users.

The paper discusses the features of modular training and programmed instruction, applied to the problem of designing of information educational space of students’ personal development. The structure of the frame and steps in the theory of programmed instruction is discussed. The structure of modules and blocks in the theory of modular training is considered. The features of the educational process constructed in accordance with the ideas of modular training are discussed. The author indicates the way the process of programmed instruction and modular training can be adjusted so that it meets the requirements of the learner-centered learning process. A number of provisions of the concept of modular training program which can be effectively used in the design of information educational space of students’ personal development is highlighted.

The paper deals with the problems of readiness formation of future primary school teachers to the profession on the basis of competence-based approach in terms of university complexes. Teaching experience shows that the educational process in the modern university has a lot of opportunities to solve problems that concern our experts. However, these opportunities are not used fully, in particular, the contradictions that we have analyzed in this study. The general idea of the competency approach is adequately oriented education, which aims to complete the assimilation of knowledge and methods of practice, through which people successfully fulfills itself in different areas of their life. Therefore, in the paper we have analyzed the concept of "approach" in general, and scientific understanding, as well as the concept of "competence", "educational competence”. Identified and some of the key competencies. The article reveals the principles and objectives of the formation of professional competence of future specialists of primary education. The effectiveness of the training process of the future elementary school teacher in the context of the competence-based approach in the training of speed will depend on the completeness of the implementation of all its components. Therefore, we have identified specific ways of readiness for future elementary school teachers to the profession that is based on competence-based approach. It is also noted that the training of the future teacher competency-based approach should provide for the formation of his professional competence by the progressive development, formation and the formation of its levels (key, basic, special) as a result of specialized training of future teachers.

The subject of study in the paper is the problem of air passengers’ safety. Currently, one of the approaches to the problem is the introduction of profiling technology to the work of airport security and law enforcement. The concept of profiling is based on building a psychological profile (portrait) of a passenger. Profiling provides the opportunity to receive objective information about the potential dangers of the subject and can be effectively used for measures to prevent acts of unlawful interference with civil aviation and other transport infrastructure.
