This article describes the principles of social pedagogy, the science, practice and direction of training; substantiates the need for research on the history of social pedagogy principle of historicism, as one of the methodological foundations of this science by identifying positive and negative manifestations of this principle. In this case, the principle of historicism is understood as a principle of knowledge of things and events in their growth and development, in close connection with generating their terms.

In recent decades, before teaching science and educational practice it necessary to address the serious problem of young professionals to the answer to modern social needs. The success of a young person in society at a high cultural level is provided, including through the creation of a culture of communication that allows a young person to become a strong personality, fully "human culture". The problem of training versa-tile specialist with a high level of culture (including the culture of the word) and mobile operation under dynamic society – a methodological problem of liberal education, which has not been solved completely. At the same time, one of the main solutions to this problem, in my opinion, is the purposeful formation of a future professional communicative competence, which is the main component of verbal communication (communication). In this paper, the author based on the analysis of the scientific literature examines concepts such as "competency", "competence", "communicative competence" and tries to establish a relationship and interdependence between them.

This article discusses the problem of post-residental support of graduates of orphanage. Analysis of scientific literature on the organization of residental support of graduates showed that today it is one of the most urgent problems of training of orphans and children left without parental care to the successful socialization. This article provides a brief description of psycho-pedagogical features of graduates of orphans in order to identify effective ways of their postinternatnoj support. The emphasis is on the inter-agency approach as one of the conditions of post-residental support of graduates.
