The article is devoted to the problem of forming emotional burnout of teachers. The process of gradual loss of energy (emotional, physical, cognitive) symptoms manifested in emotional exhaustion, physical fatigue, personal detachment of teachers, to reduce job satisfaction. Investigation of burnout teachers will identify landmarks in the development of preventive and corrective actions specified condition.

The paper is dedicated to study Psychological Culture of “Faberlic” company’s Consultants; defines main ways of Consultant’s activity and the place of Psychological Culture in it; presents results of studying the Consultant’s Psychological culture.

The psychological defense mechanisms of the seniors are called upon to resolve conflicts arising in the period of preparation for final state certification. Concepts such as "youth", "the personality of high school student", "psychological protection", "coping strategies", etc.

The article is devoted to the psychological and special education high school students self-esteem in terms of the formation of their identity. The analysis of self-diagnosis of high school students. The study developed "tree of objectives", shows the author's model of psychological and special education high school students self-esteem, as a basis for the development of individual techniques needed to solve problems on the researched topic.
