In the context of the intensive digital transformation of higher education, the relevance of the work is determined by the need to bridge the gap between traditional pedagogical methods and the new challenges of the digital age: fragmentation of attention, multitasking, and high speed of information exchange. Traditional approaches to the organization of education often do not take into account the individual characteristics of students – both stable psychological characteristics and the specifics of digital behavior in the educational environment. There is an objective need to develop tools that allow us to comprehensively record and analyze students’ individual trajectories. Therefore, the aim of our research is to develop and test the methods for creating a psychological and digital profile (PDP) as a key element of the digital personality development and improving the effectiveness of the educational process in a digital environment. The study uses an integrated approach, including: psychological diagnostics using a standardized 5PFQ questionnaire; collection and analysis of students’ digital traces in the educational environment; visualization of data in the form of profile diagrams for each factor. The experiment was conducted on the basis of three universities in the Samara region with the participation of 3,000 first-year students. The research results allowed us to identify four typological categories of students based on combinations of levels of personal factors, and to develop differentiated educational strategies for each category. The conclusions of the study demonstrate that the use of PDP makes it possible to improve the quality of the educational process by taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of students and their digital behavioral patterns. The theoretical significance lies in the development of an interdisciplinary methodology combining psychological diagnostics and digital trace analysis. This expands scientific understanding of the mechanisms of individualization in the educational digital environment. The practical value of the research lies in the potential to form digital portfolios of students, build personalized educational trajectories, develop targeted psychological and pedagogical recommendations, and improve learning effectiveness by taking into account individual characteristics. Thus, the proposed method of digital portraiture demonstrates the potential for creating an adaptive, human-centered educational environment in the context of digitalization.

The article is devoted to the study of pedagogical conditions for the effective use of hygiene products to optimize the performance of student-athletes in conditions of high academic and physical exertion. The relevance of the research is determined by the combination of modern trends in education and sports, which create new challenges and opportunities for hygienic support of student-athletes. Violation of hygiene standards (sleep patterns, nutrition, recovery procedures, etc.) reduces the effectiveness of training and increases the risk of injury. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of a set of pedagogical conditions that ensure the rational use of hygiene products and increase the functional readiness of student-athletes. Methods of pedagogical influence were used: thematic lectures, practical exercises, case studies on the development of a hygienic culture, individual recommendations on the hygienic training regimen. The theoretical part included an analysis of scientific and methodological literature and a compilation of best practices. The assessment of working capacity was carried out using the "Intensity of pulse longevity accumulation" (IPLA) methodology and a visual analogue scale (VAS), vegetative stability was studied using an adapted questionnaire by M. Gavlinova, nutrition control was carried out through the FitStars application. All quantitative and qualitative indicators of each subject were recorded in a common Google spreadsheet. The results showed that the system integration of hygienic education and pedagogical control helps to improve students' responsible attitude to self-regulation and increases their physiological performance. The theoretical significance of the work consists in deepening the understanding of the role of hygienic factors in the training of student-athletes. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the findings to improve the educational and training process and develop methodological recommendations for coaches and instructors.

In the context of modern higher education, the issues of optimizing students' physical fitness are of particular importance. Pedagogical control over the physical fitness of students - track and field athletes is a key factor influencing the effectiveness of their athletic training and general physical development. The assessment of physical fitness consists of separate assessments of various indicators: strength, speed, endurance, flexibility. The introduction of innovative methods of pedagogical control is especially relevant now, when there is a fundamental revision of many educational programs. The aim of the study is to analyze methods and approaches of pedagogical control over the physical fitness of students - track and field athletes with the use of innovative and digital technologies, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the training process using modern AI technologies. As part of the work, a study of current trends in athletics was conducted, and the results of similar scientific developments were examined. Additionally, an experiment was conducted in which the participants were divided into two groups: one was trained within the framework of a standard program, the second with additional digital technology methods. As a result of the experiment, the most effective methods of pedagogical control over the physical fitness of students - track and field athletes were identified, recommendations for optimizing the training process were developed, and criteria for assessing the level of physical fitness were determined, taking into account the use of digital technologies. The theoretical significance of the research contributes to the development of methods for training athletes using digital technologies as the most effective analogue to existing programs. The practical significance lies in the possibility of introducing new recommendations into the educational process for coaches and teachers not only in athletics, but also for all specialists in this industry, in order to increase the effectiveness of training and achieve high sports results.

It is known that regular physical activity has a beneficial effect on the functional development of all organs and systems of the human body and has a positive effect on many processes of rehabilitation after illnesses and treatment of diseases. The number of students suffering from diabetes is increasing every year, therefore, the problem of studying the effect of physical exercises on the course of the disease remains relevant today. Thanks to special methods for the implementation of physical activity, it is possible to correct the complex course of diseases, for example, diabetes mellitus, where regularly maintained physical activity is a very effective method for reducing blood sugar. The aim of the study: to identify the effect of physical activity on students of a special medical group suffering from diabetes mellitus within the discipline "Adaptive physical education". The study used methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, questionnaire: short health form SF-36, photometric index, methods of mathematical statistics. This technique has been tested on students with diabetes mellitus from three universities in the Samara region. The results of the study and conclusions: The significant decrease in blood sugar levels in the experimental group of students revealed during the study confirms the positive effect of regular physical activity on the course of diabetes mellitus. The experiment showed that 58% of students who regularly exercised observed a positive effect from physical activity, were very happy to attend additional classes in recreational aerobics. Chronic exacerbations of the disease and acute respiratory infections in this group were observed much less frequently. The authors conclude that the developed training methodology for students with diabetes can be used in higher education institutions as training in regulating blood sugar levels, improving the emotional background, and therefore improving the quality of students’ life. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the generalization and systematization of scientific material on this topic, the definition of the main directions of teachers' work with students suffering from diabetes mellitus. The practical significance is determined in the development of new methods of teaching the discipline “Adaptive physical education” in universities aimed at an individual predictive approach in modern education.
