The article is devoted to one of the important and difficult topics in the course of the Russian language as a foreign language. Some aspects of presentation of numerals at different stages of training are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the difficulties and ways of overcoming them encountered by foreigners in learning the grammatical material presented. Various types of exercises are offered to train skills and skills in foreign students in the process of implementing language intences.
The article provides an analytical description of the state of the teaching foreign languages process in rural schools in Russia. A contradiction was revealed between the increasing requirements of a modern school for foreign language teachers and the insufficiently high level of their actual professional competence. The component composition of the main professional competencies based on personal, communicative and didactic skills of a foreign language teacher is described. The possibilities of the Internet are substantiated in order to increase the level of proficiency in these teaching competencies while solving organizational, pedagogical and methodological tasks of teaching foreign languages in a rural school. The using of active and interactive didactic technologies actualizes the resource potential, and educational Internet portals contribute to the self-education and self-improvement of foreign language teachers.
The article considers the concept of «culture text». The use of «culture texts» in teaching Russian to foreign military specialistsis described.The implementation of communicative competence of «culture texts» in foreign language communication is shown. The author claims that «culture texts» can serve as the basis for organizing a special situation of foreign language communication in the content of instruction. The use of «culture texts» in teaching Russian as a foreign language contributes to the full implementation of all necessary competencies, developing the ability to communicate in the language being studied and adequately interact with representatives of other cultures.

Every year the number of foreign students studying in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation has been growing. The criteria for evaluating the work of a higher education institution during its certification include four types of activities: educational, international, scientific and financial. Since the quality of foreign students' education directly depends on their level of the Russian language proficiency, the problem of the comprehensive teaching them Russian language as a foreign one is of particular importance. The article focuses on the psychological aspect of the language use in the processes of individual speech activity and speech communication, forms of the language use for communication, some aspects of speech perception, characteristics and properties of the language personality. The purpose of the study is to improve the efficiency of teaching Russian as a foreign language for University entrants at the preparatory courses. Research methods included: ascertaining and forming experiments; methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the obtained data. The main result of the work is conducting research on a complex ratio of the Russian language and psychology to create innovative integrative systems of teaching the Russian language for university entrants at the preparatory courses, which intensifies the process of scientific research and the practical implementation of scientific results. The theoretical significance of the work is in developing an effectiveness model of teaching Russian as a foreign language for university entrants at the preparatory courses; practical significance lies in the use of theoretical aspects of the research in the development of foreign students’ speech (skills in working with language material for interpersonal communication; communication skills; logical, critical, symbolic, figurative, subject thinking skills) in the process of teaching the Russian language at Russian universities.
