This article is devoted to teaching foreign language grammar in the context of dialogue of cultures. Modern education is becoming multilingual and multicultural, so there is a need to include the concept of dialogue of cultures in the educational process.
The article presents the results of an empirical study of the importance of using interactive methods in teaching phonetic skills in primary school. Using interactive methods in a foreign language lesson allows you to treat the student not only as an object, but also a subject of the educational process. Using interactive methods in the classroom, the teacher can motivate the student to take an active position and be the initiator of communication. The article also defines phonetic skill as a term and enumerates the requirements for its assimilation.
The article touches upon the issue of forming communicative competence while working with authentic texts. The author analyzes the process of forming communicative competence of schoolchildren, paying special attention to the possibility of using adapted authentic texts.
