The author considers communication as a subject of scientific knowledge in theoretical concepts and presents an overview of the relationship between generations through communicative features, which influence socialization, continuity and values of the younger generation. The author reveals special fea-tures and role of communication in the framework of inter-generational interactions.

The article is devoted to a problem of training of future preschool teachers for realization the personal developing interaction with preschool children of risk group, formation of teachers’ communicative competence.
