This paper discusses the issues of regional public policy formation in the Internet. The authors emphasize the necessity of interaction of regional authorities with social networks in the context of one of the ways to develop public policy in the Volgograd region.

The authors share their experience with video films created by a native speaker specializing in work with errors encountered by a Russian audience.
