The article deals with the use of digital storytelling technology as one of effective pedagogical technologies when teaching a foreign language. It is noted that its use not only promotes the comprehensive mastery of various types of speech activity, but also follows modern trends in education bringing modern pedagogical technologies closer to digital tools.
