The problem of aggressiveness in children, including older preschool age, remains not fully studied in modern psychology. This period is characterized by enhanced moral development of the child. Due to the analysis of the features of this category of children in the context of psychology, their tendency to contrast themselves with others was revealed. In consequence of that take place to be a competitive relationship with their peers, demonstration of their achievements and self-assertion. In this article, the approaches of various scientists to understanding the essence of this phenomenon and the reasons for its formation were considered; such theoretical concepts as “aggressiveness”, “aggression”, “projective techniques” were revealed. The analysis of projective techniques in terms of their significance and classification was carried out. With their help, we were able to examine in more detail the phenomenon of aggression in older preschool age in practice.
The article describes the results of a study of the personality characteristics of adolescents from dysfunctional families. The family has a great influence on the mental development of the child, the formation of his personality, self-awareness. The study proved that children from dysfunctional families have a high level of aggressiveness, that adolescents from dysfunctional families have a low level of physical, psychological and spiritual strength, which subsequently leads to poor health of children.

This article presents a research paper. The article is devoted to the problem of aggressive behavior in older preschool children, taking into account gender characteristics. The urgency of studying aggressive behavior in older preschoolers is indicated. The psychological and pedagogical literature is analyzed. An empirical study was conducted, which partially confirmed the hypothesis that aggressiveness in girls and boys of older preschool age will differ in the degree and nature of manifestations: boys tend to vent negative emotions on others through the manifestation of physical aggression, and girls of older preschool age, on the contrary, verbal aggression is characteristic. Methodological recommendations are selected based on the results of the study.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the relationship between anxiety and aggression in adolescents. Various techniques were used to study these variables, which reflected an integrated approach to the problem. The study revealed statistically significant differences between the indicators of adolescent girls and boys according to the studied signs, as well as the relationship between the components of anxiety and aggressiveness.
