The problem of the formation of functional literacy and individual forms of its development have become extremely relevant today. This is determined by the fact that the modern world is in continuous dynamic movement, and the comprehensive life aspects of a person, his self-realization, must strictly correspond to this constantly changing world. If we analyze functional literacy from the point of view of operational transformation of information and the formation of its progressive products, then the level of abilities for functional literacy, as a qualitative characteristic of a mandatory skill of the 21st century, is somehow used to solve problems in all areas of human activity, whether it is professional employment, public communications and thought processes.
Modern education requires students to effectively learn new information and develop skills, while studying academic disciplines. Hence, the teacher has to plan the class in such a way, so students would put all their efforts into achieving a specific didactic goal. This paper draws attention to the methodological role of Bloom's taxonomy in designing law assignments. The study focuses on the creation of assignments in the «Legal Basis of Anti-Corruption Efforts» course. The application of this theory will allow the teacher to evaluate the knowledge and skills of law students in college education.
The article suggests methods and techniques for the formation of reading competencies of third grade students in the study of folk tales. The results of the study obtained on the basis of a comprehensive secondary school urban-type settlement are presented Novomikhailovsky Krasnodar Territory. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed that the implementation of the proposed set of tasks contributes to the development of the ability of younger students to analyze the text, express their thoughts and emotions.
