The article presents an analysis of involvement as an element of the structural content of a person's hardiness. Hardiness is an integral property of a person's personality, which is influenced by various factors. The authors consider the results of current research and make a theoretical interpretation of the characteristics describing the features of commitment. Commitment is understood as the ability to maximize immersion in activities. The results of the study of the level of commitment among the first-year students with the help of the hardiness test are given A.N. Leontiev.

This article analyzes some aspects of the establishment, functioning and development of business in the Republic of Korea. The article is devoted to the study of the concept of «Disposal of an exclusive right», consideration of the characteristic features of obligations, as well as its definition. In the process of considering the presented topic, judicial practice will be analyzed, which will summarize the theses on the contract on the alienation of the exclusive right to musical works.
