The author considers the methodological approaches to the assessment of the rational distribution and specialization of grain production, the criteria for allocation of commodity grain zones, the effectiveness aspects of the specialization and the indicators of rationality in the allocation of cultivated areas of grain crops.

The author views the method of analysis of th e hierarchies to assessing energy efficiency in the enterprises of the main transport of gas. The method allows to investigate the consumption of energy resources of equipment, consumption of resources in technological operations and the creation of favorable conditions, and to assess the state of accounting systems and the work organization to improve the efficiency of the energy supply use.

The paper analyses the method of projects, which is one of the most efficient in teaching the English lan-guage. The paper examines the main theoretical and practical basis for the use of project methodology in educational process. Moreover, the paper illustrates the results of the experiment of the Department of History and Philology of the Stavropol State Pedagogical Institute. The use of the method of projects is thought to improve the motivation to language learning. The purpose of the research is to prove the effectiveness of the method of projects.

In this work we consider special aspects of management activity and emotional resilience of educational institutions heads. We analyze the results of the completed investigation of the management activity effectiveness and the effect of leaders’ emotional resilience on their management activity success. The use of correlation analysis let us reveal the meaningful relations between studied characteristics.

The article justifies the need to assess the process of restructuring the production and economic activities of an enterprise. The main methods of effectiveness evaluation are considered, their purpose and resources are characterized. The most appropriate methods for assessing the restructuring of production and economic activities of enterprises are determined.
