The article considers the theoretical basis of the essence of the economic entities financial results and their components: income and expenditure. Definitions of financial results from the point of view of various authors are presented and their generalization is carried out. The authors determine features of agricultural production that have an influence on financial results formation among companies operating in the field of agro-industrial complex.

The study of the phenomenon of love (and the erotic feeling of love, in particular, as the standard that still remains in terms of explicating human nature) goes back to Plato’s philosophy, who laid down in general the classical tradition of treating love as “ideal” (“Platonic love”). Thus, as a mirror reflecting the nature of man ("spirit - body"), erotic love reveals all axiological preferences of the classical philosophical tradition, which distinguishes the first component as more significant one. “Platonic love” in the context of the relationship between a man and a woman, while structuring the feeling of love, emphasizes spiritual aspect (“love - sex”). Subsequent sociohistorical epochs through consistently implemented sexual and erotic revolutions demonstrated the possibilities of restructuring erotic love (“love - erotica - sex”), as well as limiting the axiological accents of “non-platonic” types of love (sexuality; eroticism). The article is devoted to the search for the essence of the erotic love feeling (as reflecting human nature most fully), its structure and specific manifestation (with organic merits and demerits).

The purpose of personal existential analysis is indicated – filling your existence with subjective meanings, gaining inner harmony with the world and with the inner content of your “I”; making existence complete; ontological, axiological, ethical, praxeological layers of its consideration.

A criminal record is the final stage of the implementation of criminal responsibility. It is deeply connected with the personality, its legal status, which largely determines the social position and role of the individual in society. The article explores the concept of the essence and signs of the institution of criminal record. The author concludes that a criminal record is an important and mandatory institution of criminal law in crime prevention. The institution of criminal record as a guarantor of law and order plays an important role in the formation of the rule of law, democracy and the existence of civil society.
