In the legal schools within the discipline «Professional ethics of lawyers» in the program of training of students-bachelors, studying on the course 40.03.01 «Jurisprudence» the ethical foundations of the activity of a lawyer are studied. The importance of discipline in legal profes-sional ethics is great, because it actively forms the moral image of future lawyer as a highly-qualified, decent and following the rules of ethics of a specialist in the field of law. The article presents the main problematic issues of professional ethics of a lawyer.
This work is devoted to the study of ethics in labor law and labor relations. In the context of globalization and changing social values, ethical standards are becoming key to the formation of fair and sustainable labor practices. The work analyzes the basic principles of ethics, such as fairness, respect, honesty and responsibility, and their impact on professional culture and social responsibility. Practical recommendations on the implementation of ethical standards in the daily practice of organizations are also considered, which helps to increase employee satisfaction and reduce staff turnover.

The article examines the problem of developing moral qualities in children at the primary school age, which is a period particularly conducive to the assimilation of moral norms and values. It analyzes the age-related characteristics of primary school students that influence the process of moral development, as well as the key factors of upbringing, such as family, school, and social environment. The article describes effective pedagogical methods and tools for developing moral qualities, including play and extracurricular activities, analysis of literary works, and the role of adults as role models. Special attention is given to the interconnection between the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral components of moral development.
