The problems of use of psychoactive substances are global. Due to availability and traditions, alcohol represents the most widely used youth psychoactive substance. Psychological, medical-biological and social factors influence the development of alcoholic behavior among young people The specific conditions of youth lifedetermine the features of youth consciousness, including the development of alcoholic behavior. The risk of alcohol abuse increases, if the process of youth socialization occurs in the microenvironment, characterized by negative symptoms.

In terms of increasing the number alcohol-dependent young people, lowering the age of the first use of alcohol we should adopt preventive measures in all possible directions. Preventive work should not be limited by holding one-off events, but it should be consistent and systematic. It is necessary to continue the development and improvement of legislation and regulatory measures to reduce alcohol abuse. In addition, one of the important directions of preventive work should be the formation of youth active, creative leisure, not associated with the consumption of alcohol.
The article considers the prerequisites for the formation of victim behavior of adolescents. The study of the influence of possible factors on the formation of victim behavior plays an important role in identifying predictive methods to reduce the risks of developing deviant behavior in adolescents and provide them with adequate socio-psychological skills that are the basis for a prosperous and fulfilling life.
The article discusses the problems of preventive work with younger schoolchildren and adolescents with victim behavior and those prone to victim behavior. The relevance of reducing the risks of developing deviant (victim) behavior in primary schoolchildren and adolescents is described. Methods for identifying a predisposition to victimization and methods of correcting young schoolchildren and adolescents who are prone to victimization and victimization are proposed.
