In the context of informatization and automation of processes, the intellectual resource, expressed in the quality of the personnel being recruited, is becoming increasingly important. Many corporate processes will depend on the correct initial selection of people who actually have the required skills and knowledge, ranging from the effectiveness of the employee's integration into the working environment and ending with the performance indicators of his work, the amount of costs required to maintain the efficiency of their work.
The article considers and analyzes such a modern tool for the work of modern employees of companies in different industries as a CRM system. With its help, the management of organizations allows their subordinates to effectively and conveniently manage relationships with their customers and customers. Managers of structural divisions also use these programs to track all the tasks and actions that employees have performed during the entire working day. Based on this analysis, it becomes possible to evaluate the employee's productivity and offer recommendations for improving the work, if necessary, or vice versa, give positive feedback on its completion. These systems have been in existence for quite a long time, but since the beginning of the global pandemic, they have become most relevant and important, due to the transition of many employees to remote work mode.

Modern society can rightly be called information and digital society. Digitalization of all spheres of public life and, above all, education is one of the key tasks facing the Government of the Russian Federation. The article provides an overview of modern approaches to understanding the digitalization process, analyzes digital resources (Kham Academy, Pointagram, Quiver Fashion, Igro-N) and the potentials of their use in the educational process of a preschool educational organization. The article also contains material on gamification as one of the modern educational technologies that ensures the maximum involvement of children in the learning process. Gamification as a technology allows each student to determine their level of difficulty of tasks and receive bonuses for their completion. Gamification is also considered as the use of gaming techniques in the educational field. The article presents the results of an experiment conducted on the basis of the educational organization "Kindergarten No. 75" in Chelyabinsk, in which educators, students and parents of children took part. The purpose of the study is to learn about the readiness of participants in educational relations to use digital technologies. The research methods were: a survey of educators to identify their digital literacy, as well as a conversation with children and their parents, during which it was found that modern students cannot imagine their lives without gadgets, virtual and augmented reality and TV. The results of the experiment show that the active use of digital technologies in the educational process of a preschool educational organization meets the needs of students, as well as the digital policy pursued by the Government of the Russian Federation outlined in the national project "Digital Economy in the Russian Federation". Carrying out the measures stated in the document will also make it possible to form human resources capable of meeting the challenges of the digital world and meeting the requirements set forth in the Atlas of New Professions (gaming teacher, game master, organizer of project-based learning, etc.).
The article deals with the issue of creating an automated meteorological station based on the Raspberry Pi microcomputer using a sensor associated with the Arduino microcontroller. At the same time, access to the stored information is carried out through a mobile interface based on the nginx web server.

Informatization is a key element of the educational process transformation. Digitalization is also impossible without this process and reconsidering the category of "information" in education. Informatization of education refers to integration technologies and digital tools of the educational system, it is necessary to improve the processes of teaching and learning at all educational levels. The process of informatization takes place by means of both classical and innovative tools. Informatization tools take in a wide range of technologies and software applications that allow you to process, store, retrieve and distribute information. Examples include computer hardware and software, databases, networking tools, cloud computing, and mobile devices. The purpose of the study is to identify the characteristic features of informatization and its necessity for the development of the social institute of education in today's changes. Approaches to the study of this issue by means of a systematic approach have been identified, since education is a multidisciplinary category, therefore, the informatization of this sphere is studied both in domestic and foreign literature. Within the framework of the study, the opinion about informatization among students and specialists in the field of education is analyzed, the most common tools and products of informatization during the educational process are noted. The sociological research on the informatization of education contributed to the collection of data and opinions of various individuals and groups related to the use of technology in education to identify opinions on the need to increase the level of informatization. In this regard, the issue of continuous professional development and retraining of teaching staff is relevant, since the issues of informatization are dynamic ones and require the improvement of skills. The scientific novelty of the research is implemented by the authors through the identification of the components of information capital and the inclusion of informatization as a process of information infrastructure formation. The theoretical significance of the study results lies in the determination of key tasks for the modernization of the infrastructure of education institution, so that the informatization process goes on more efficiently. The results of the practice -oriented work can be used as part of the preparation of road maps for the implementation of informatization of definite educational institutions.
