The importance of this topic study stems from the fact that the problem of effective strategic management development is equally relevant in the context of micro- and macroenvironment. By means of analysis and synthesis, the unity of historical and logical methods and methods of induction and deduction the author analyzes the main components of the population life basic spheres, influencing the mechanism of environment objects management. These components are the embodiment of institutional relations in the process of interaction between different actors in activities. The article describes the main statistical characteristics of these relations, identifies vulnerable components of emergent characteristics and proposes the ways for neutralizing problem areas aiming to develop accurate and effective management strategies at micro- and macro- level.

In this article, such theoretical aspects of concepts as innovations, innovative development and their role and influence on economic development are considered. The institutions and infrastructure of the republic are considered. The main indicators of innovative development of Yakutia are presented in comparison. The analysis of innovative development level of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is made.
The article provides an overview of modern and classical research on the topic related to the impact of institutional factors on the development of innovative systems. Despite the fact that in many works these aspects are disclosed to a greater or lesser extent, it should be recognized that there is no unified theory of the influence of institutions on innovation at the moment. This paper attempts to generalize the existing related areas of analysis in a single direction. In addition, the paper reviews the place and role of institutions in the development of national and regional innovation systems in Russia.
In recent years, relations between Russia and Finland at the interstate level have experienced a period of serious cooling in due to the Ukrainian crisis of 2013–2014. Nevertheless, cooperation between the border territories of Russia and Finland, despite the sanctions and the decline in trade, continues today.
In this regard, the regional institutional environment of cross-border economic cooperation (CEC), its quality is important. The article describes approaches to assessing the quality of the institutional environment of CEC; the example of the Republic of Karelia outlines the possibilities of such an assessment at the regional level.
In the second decade of the 21st century, the growth rates of the Russian economy slowed down significantly. Deteriorating foreign economic conditions, falling incomes of the population and a decrease in domestic demand, an increase in the debt burden of the population, a pandemic – these and other factors distinguish today's Russian economy from the situation observed in the 2000s. Searching for new sources of growth is an acute issue. The author suggests paying attention to institutional factors, in particular, trust as part of social capital. The article analyzes data from the World Values Survey, characterizing different types of trust in Russia since 1989. Generalized trust remained low throughout the period under review, while institutional trust grew in the last wave of research, primarily due to trust in the army.
