In the center of attention is the analysis of uselessness of wisdom, indifferent attitude to the deep knowledge and the lack of an orientation of contemporary to the true self-realization.

Intelligent production is one of the decisive factors of economic development and a key form of ownership - intellectual property. Intelligent self-development of students and ways of thinking have become one of the urgent problems of education. The article describes the basic concepts of the studied phenomenon: intelligence, intellectual development, intellectual activity, self-development; stand out criteria and indicators of intellectual self-development of students. Representation of developing an educational environment conducive to intellectual self-development of students.

The article considers the problems of pedagogical neglect of students, the types and causes of social and pedagogical neglect. Different levels of social adaptation and disadaptation are presented. Attention is drawn to the fact that the psyche of children with the problem of pedagogical neglect is amenable to correction. If the predisposition to pedagogical neglect is timely revealed, the child can be adapted to the norms of ethical behavior.

In this article, such theoretical aspects of concepts as innovations, innovative development and their role and influence on economic development are considered. The institutions and infrastructure of the republic are considered. The main indicators of innovative development of Yakutia are presented in comparison. The analysis of innovative development level of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is made.
