The article presents a methodological development of an educational research project titled "Beneficial Properties of Food Plants," designed to be implemented in a botanical garden setting for 6th-grade students. The relevance of utilizing botanical garden resources within the educational process is substantiated, taking into account the age-related psychological characteristics of younger adolescents. The article describes the project structure and the system of tasks aimed at developing observation skills and environmental thinking, as well as the interdisciplinary connections between biology and geography. The pedagogical potential of project-based activities within a natural environment for the socialization and cognitive development of students is revealed.
Abstract. The article reveals the significance of STEAM-technologies in preschool education and offers recommendations for their effective application. The influence of a multidisciplinary approach on the cognitive, creative, and personal development of young children is considered. The advantages of STEAM-based education over classical methods are substantiated, and ways to improve the quality of preschool education through the implementation of innovative practices are outlined.
Abstract: This article discusses the importance and future of STEM-education in Russia, emphasizing the need for its implementation and development in response to the demands of the modern labor market and global challenges. STEM education combines scientific, technical, and humanities disciplines.
This article presents a methodology for using professionally-oriented mathematical problems in middle school as part of STEM education. The functions and areas of implementation of professionally-oriented problems are discussed.
The article analyzes the important issue of the need to apply STEM teaching methods in the training of mid-level specialists in technical fields based on interdisciplinary connections, the application of theoretical knowledge in practice and the application of acquired knowledge in industrial practice, as well as participation in professional competitions.
