The article focuses on interpersonal communication of adolescents as the most important personal component of this age category. The psychological features of interpersonal communication of adolescents are revealed. The author suggests an effective, in the author's opinion, means of activation of interpersonal communication in adolescence – socio-psychological training. The main conditions for the development of interpersonal communication in adolescents through socio-psychological training are highlighted.
