The article discusses the problems that arise in the implementation of constitutional guarantees of citizens' rights to health care and medical care. Particular attention is paid to those cases where the right of citizens to health care is violated, and to how modern criminal law regulation affects such cases.

This article focuses on the modern aspects of the concept of «inducement to use narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues». The text analyzes in detail the key aspects of legal regulation related to this concept. The normative acts influencing the sphere of control over drugs and psychotropic substances are highlighted, the nuances affecting the counteraction to the inclination to consume these substances and the protection of society from their negative conse-quences are highlighted.

Reference is made to the significance of the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for the clarification of judicial practice in order to ensure uniform application of the law.

The article analyses the concept and features of the result of unauthorized construction, the peculiarity of the legal regime of which manifests itself in the establishment of the right of ownership of it. The author raises the question of the definition of unauthorized construction through the identified features identified by the legislator, formulating relevant conclusions and proposals. The relevance of the topic is due to the difficulties in the interpretation and application of civil law norms to unauthorized objects of construction, as well as the importance of legal regulation in the field of construction to ensure the rights and interests of citizens and the State.

The article considers the problems of legal regulation of consumer rights protection in the Russian Federation in relation to the peculiarities of conclusion and execution of contracts for remote sale. The author concludes that due to the demand and mass use of electronic commerce, the development of legislation in the sphere of consumer rights protection in this area requires constant timely development and improvement.
