This article describes the meaning and relevance of personal and collective speech in the formation of linguistic knowledge. The naturalness of speech relating to an individual or repre-sentatives of a dialect, its representative nature, as well as the fact that it embodies the majority of linguistic and cultural features are substantiated. It is shown that it is possible to confirm the general and particular laws of linguistic knowledge by studying specific speech situations with the same aspects.
This article is devoted to the problem ofinteraction of language systems in a bilingual, which is manifested in the deviation from the norm of non-native speech under the influence of the native language. The article includes a definition of the terms such as teaching technique in phonetic, interference and prosodic interference. Reviewed and analyzed the reasons for the differences between the original and interfere languagewhile teaching.
The article considers the actual problem of national-Russian bilingualism and the ways of its development, taking into account bilingualism as a factor of human spiritual wealth and the enhancement of linguistic culture. The author pays special attention to the linguistic picture of the world, in which bilingualism is being formed and the essence of the spiritual values of a person influencing her inner world is emphasized. The analysis of the qualities that reveal the value of the reality of a bilingual person in a philosophical sense allows the author to conclude that the adaptive potential of people who speak two languages can be used in an educational environment as an effective model for the development of a spiritual and moral personality in a multicultural space. The theoretical conclusions of the study are based on the practical activities of a scientific laboratory operating in a branch of the Stavropol State Pedagogical Institute in Yessentuki and dealing with bilingual children from urban schools and kindergartens.
