The article is devoted to the issues of countering the inciting of minors, young people to commit crimes against public safety, traffic safety and operation of transport via the Internet. The paper analyzes the conditions and causes contributing to the commission of the above types of crimes. The author has formed a number of recommendations and proposals for the protection of minors, young people from criminal subcultures, persons who incline to commit crimes using the information and telecommunications network.

In this article, the authors bring up important issues, such as: issues of administrative and legal mechanism of prevention of child consumption of alcoholic beverages and drugs, including identification of specific forms of actions when drawing up an individual plan of working with minor and their families. But in this specific law act, they mentioned only a few ways to carry out a preventive work, for example, a conversation or educational work. Help to addicted minors, only possible by arrange preventive measures, diagnostic measures, use a special treatment and medical rehab. It’s necessary to choose ways of individual prevention work, that related to this category of minor.

The article considers theoretical and applied aspects of organizing extreme leisure activities for the correction of social maladjustment of adolescents. The essence and causes of maladaptive behavior of minors are analyzed. The possibilities of leisure for organizing the correction of social maladjustment are studied, special attention is paid to the potential of extreme leisure activities. The results of a survey of school teachers and examples of organizing events using extreme activities are given, showing the possibilities of its positive impact on maladjusted minors.

This paper is devoted to the study of juvenile delinquency and crime in the Republic of Belarus. In recent years, youth crime has become one of the topical topics for discussion both in scientific circles and in society as a whole. The article examines the statistics of offenses over the past 3 years, as well as the factors contributing to their commission, and analyzes the consequences of offenses. In conclusion, the importance of active participation of society in creating a safe and supportive environment for young people is emphasized, which is a key factor in reducing the level of crime among minors.
