The article is devoted to the design of educational programs of additional intra-school education. The article reveals the features of modern additional in-school education of children, the implementation of modern approaches to the design of educational programs for additional in-school education of children, the conditions and logic of creating an educational program for additional education of children.
The article presents the author's approach to the content side of designing an integrative educational program. The author considered the conceptual apparatus, determined the principles and directions of the integrative approach in the design of educational programs. Particular attention is paid to the procedure for developing an integrative educational program in the context of modern trends in the development of higher education.
The concepts of pedagogical design, its structure and objects are given; the concepts of morality and spirituality are differentiated; the essence, principles of spiritual and moral education of preschool children, the significance of the preschool period of life for the interiorization of moral norms and spirituality are determined. As the features of the pedagogical design of the process of spiritual and moral education of children in a preschool educational organization, the following are identified: the need for the correct functioning of the forms of organization of the educational process in a preschool educational organization, from the point of view of different types of activities; filling these forms with educational content corresponding to the purpose of building the process of spiritual and moral education; selection and implementation of optimal developing technologies and methods of spiritual and moral education; the need to determine the projected results of the spiritual and moral education of children; the identification of the project method as one of the most effective methods of working with children.
The article considers the process of introducing pedagogical design into the practice of education as a response to the changing socio-pedagogical situation, which allows creating fundamentally or relatively new educational systems at various levels, taking into account new approaches. According to the author, the development of design, its allocation to a special type of professional activity led to the formation of a special project culture of the teacher.
The relevance of studying the features of pedagogical design in the course of writing graduation qualification works by students is substantiated; the concepts of pedagogical design, its types and stages are given; pedagogical design is considered as a function of a teacher; its relevance in modern conditions is determined. Peculiarities of pedagogical designing during the period when students were writing their graduation papers are indicated: the choice of a search or normative approach to designing, determining the content of pedagogical goal-setting, building pedagogical designing based on a systematic approach. Design components based on a systematic approach are identified. The conclusion is made about the formation of design competence when writing final qualification works.
