The article focuses on the issue of the need for inclusive education in modern society, reviews sources on the inclusive education of children with disabilities, and describes the advantages and disadvantages of integrated education and inclusion. The development of inclusive education practices for the integration of children with disabilities into the general educational environment is recognized as a priority in most countries, including Russia. Russian and foreign researchers offer various methods and technologies for organizing the joint education of children with normal development and various developmental conditions. However, simply placing disabled children together with healthy children does not provide positive results. Instead, the conditions, programs, environment and educational tools must be changed in a way that every child has the opportunity to get a high quality education. To achieve these goals, school teaching methodology must be restructured in such a way that it can fully meet the diverse needs of all students and enhance communication and interaction between them. One of the main opportunities to provide high quality education and solve the numerous current issues in the teaching and socialization of children is the use of multimedia training systems. This modern and developing educational resource has the potential to become an important tool for the social integration of children with disabilities. Thanks to its interactivity and flexibility, high-quality multimedia content easily adapts the educational process to the socio-cultural specifics and interests of students, and can be adjusted to individual styles and learning progress. The opportunities provided by multimedia technologies are especially useful for working with disabled children who require special, individualized educational programs. The article also describes the advantages of multimedia technologies introduction in inclusive education. It is shown how multimedia education systems can compensate for certain difficulties experienced in working with inclusive classes. The authors demonstrate the multimedia system for general primary school they are developing, featuring numerous media tools for the development of a child's intellectual and creative potential, regardless of a child's health condition.

Inclusive processes in professional education are considered in the context of building an inclusive vertical line at the present stage of society development. They are also understood as a condition for people with disabilities to achieve an independent life, their professional self-realization. The purpose of the research presented in the article is, firstly, to analyze modern scientific ideas and approaches to the problem of inclusive education, secondly, to highlight the factors and specific understanding of this problem by students, and thirdly, to identify the representation features of inclusive education significant aspects in the minds of students with disabilities studying at the University, using the method of semi-formalized interview. Based on the results of empirical research, it is shown that the leading aspects of inclusive education for students with disabilities are humanistic and relational aspects, at the same time, they are characterized by a certain underestimation of the professional component of training. Risks, as well as ways to overcome them, are objectified by them in the sphere of relationships that ensure public recognition, and in the field of self-perception, reflecting the level of educational achievements and the degree of their social demand, which emphasizes the priority importance of the socio-psychological climate in a particular student group to achieve true inclusion. The theoretical significance of the article is determined by the fact that modern approaches to inclusive education are systematized, in the context of which aspects, significant for development of inclusive processes in professional education, are interpreted, and the category of relations is problematized as crucial for understanding the prospects and trends of inclusive professional education. The practical significance of the article is that the presented research results can form a scientific basis for designing an inclusive educational environment at the University and determining the directions of psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities for their social and professional adaptation.

In order that a child with disabilities can be successful and competitive in life, it is necessary to form professional motivation at an early age through an effective system of pre-professional orientation. The article draws special attention to the problem of preparing a child with autism spectrum disorder and his family to choose a professional activity.The authors note the importance of work mindset, as well as a positive attitude towards it.

Characterized by important achievements in each direction of a correctional practices, based on which an assessment of the current state of processes of modernization and establishment of a new type of special education.
