This is important because of the significant increase in the time that children and teenagers spend using various digital formats. It is believed that digital technologies can really affect a person's psychological well-being and cognitive abilities, and this depends on the total time spent behind the screen and on what people actually do in a digital environment.

Special attention is paid to the impact of parental conflicts on the emotional and psychological state of children. Family conflicts create a sense of anxiety, insecurity and emotional tension in a child, which makes it difficult to socialize and develop a personality. An adequate study of these factors will make it possible to form a supportive family environment necessary for the healthy growth and development of the younger generation.

The article examines the phenomenon of emotional burnout among employees of the banking sector. The factors contributing to the development of burnout syndrome are analyzed, such as high work intensity, constant contact with clients, strict efficiency requirements and competition. The results of an empirical study revealing the level of emotional burnout among employees of various divisions of the bank and its relationship with demographic and professional characteristics are presented. Recommendations for the prevention and correction of emotional burnout in the banking sector are offered.
