Based on the research results, the authors propose a series of recommendations for improving the educational process in the military university and strengthening the psychological health of cadets, im-proving adaptation and socialization programs, and increasing the availability of psychological services for cadets. Overall, the research emphasizes the importance of a balanced approach to military education that takes into account the needs and potential of cadets and provides them with support during their studies.
