The article contains the results of the research, developed to the features of the self-evaluation of people of a retirement age. The criterion for the detection of the features of the self-evaluation is the comparison of the self-evaluations in groups of the unemployed and working retirees. This research pays attention to the necessity of creation the special conditions, which helps to raise the self-evaluation of elderly people and provides smooth entry into a new social situation.
The most important professional-significant result of personal and professional development of future professionals is to accumulate their experience of creative professional activity. The article describes the requirements for training in the tourism sector, it stresses the need for targeted training of future professionals in the animation activities both recreational species is justified to demand the formation of experience of creative activity for leisure travelers as the professional competence, given the data of experimental work carried out.

In article specific features of manifestation of a self-assessment at younger school age, her types are considered: the adequate self-assessment overestimated, underestimated. The author notes that now more and more visible effect of a self-assessment of the younger school student on his behavior, interpersonal contacts. In order that the child felt happy, was capable to adapt and overcome better difficulties, he needs to have a positive idea of himself, an adequate self-assessment.
This article provides information about the phenomenon of educational success in primary school age. We examined in detail the concept of "learning success", characterized the features of primary school age and the criteria for the development of educational success in primary school age. As a result of the work, we concluded that academic success is not just the acquisition of certain knowledge, skills and abilities, but also the formation of UUD, the personal development of the student.
The article considers the problem of forming the self-esteem of older preschoolers through story-role play, the features of self-esteem formation in older preschoolers; the role of story-role play in the formation of self-esteem in older preschoolers is substantiated. The authors have identified the level of formation of self- esteem of older preschoolers; the most effective set of story-role-playing games aimed at forming the self-esteem of older preschoolers has been selected.
