The article considers the process of introducing pedagogical design into the practice of education as a response to the changing socio-pedagogical situation, which allows creating fundamentally or relatively new educational systems at various levels, taking into account new approaches. According to the author, the development of design, its allocation to a special type of professional activity led to the formation of a special project culture of the teacher.
