The article predicts the conditions for students' personal and professional self-realization that should be created in a secondary vocational educational institution. It is noted that these conditions may include educational content, the social environment, the development of student self-esteem, business and interpersonal communication, and so on. The organization of classroom learning, independent work, and youth creativity are also important in this system of conditions. Personal and professional self-development is successful when all participants in the educational process influence the student in a comprehensive manner. It is concluded that it is necessary to continually improve and update the system of conditions for students' personal and professional self-realization in an educational institution, thereby increasing its effectiveness.
The issue of the revival and expansion of traditional values in Russian society has recently become a topic of this article. The purpose of this article is to examine and analyze the dynamics of traditional value perceptions among student youth. The role of education and its functions in facilitating student engagement with the achievements of human civilization and the formation and preservation of its cultural heritage are demonstrated. The article identifies the main groups of values held by student youth and the influence of social and political changes in the country on changing perceptions of traditional values.
The article examines the socio-psychological context of environmental education as a key factor in developing environmental awareness and responsible attitudes toward nature. It highlights the psychological and sociocultural foundations of ecological consciousness, analyzes the features of environmental upbringing in the context of modern global challenges, and focuses on the influence of the social environment, values, and interpersonal interactions on students’ environmental attitudes. The study concludes that environmental education should be approached comprehensively, integrating cognitive, emotional-value, and behavioral components.
The article discusses the current problem of forming and strengthening family values among adolescents in the context of modern social challenges. It substantiates the key role of the class teacher as an intermediary, mentor, and organizer of educational work aimed at correcting the perception of the family institution among adolescents. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and sociological research data, the article identifies contradictions between the declared importance of the family for adolescents and their subjective assessment of the family. As a practical solution, the article presents the methodological development and testing of a set of extracurricular activities called «Family is Always with You!». The article presents positive results of a pedagogical experiment that demonstrate a statistically significant increase in awareness of the importance of family. The article concludes that the purposeful activities of a class teacher using interactive and personality-oriented forms of work are effective.
