In article the problem of development of creative abilities of pupils of educational institutions is considered. Existing classification of problems on closed and opened is close to a solution of a problem. The author suggests using problems of open type. The formulated requirements to the formulation of problems of open type and criteria of their estimation allow building system of the problems promoting development of creative abilities. Results of author's approbation reveal level of display of creative abilities of pupils and position for construction of complex system of problems

In article authors acquaint readers with possibilities of use of TRIZ tools when training school students to mathematics, in particular, in it gives councils – principles of the solution of mathematical tasks. In article for the description of each principle to be given an example its uses at the solution of tasks on mathematics of a school course.

In article the form of giving of a material in the form of a situation on maths classes is considered. The author describes situations and to be considered their difference from standard tasks being used at lessons

The authors introduce readers to the possibility of using TRIZ tools for teaching students math, in particular, it provides an understanding of meta-algorithm and how to use it for solving the math problems
