The author describes the use of a block diagram for creative problem solving of S. Malkin, considers the techniques of adapted theory of creative problem solving, based on the algorithm of inventive problem solving (ARIZ), simplifies the algorithms for solving creative problems, which absorbed the basic steps of ARIZ.

The author describes the use of methods for the formation of technical creativity scientific thinking of high school students and students of professional educational organizations. The author views the theory of inventive problem solving based on the algorithm of inventive problem solving (ARIZ) and simplified algorithms of creative tasks, which absorbed the basic steps of ARIZ.

The authors examine the evaluation of education quality through the evaluation of metasubject results of mastering the general educational programs. Open type tasks in three directions (mathematical, humanities and natural problems) are proposed as he main mean of evaluation. The authors designed and tested the integrated assessment of the relative character – intelligence quotient – reflecting the degree of mastering the general educational programs at the level of metasubject results. The intelligence quotient is based on the analysis of more than 200,000 works of pupils.

The authors describe the structure of the innovative lesson within the pedagogical system of multilevel con-tinuous creative education, developed by M. M. Zinovkina. The system can be used for educating persons with disabilities, where the system is a mean of self-education and dialogue interaction of trainees and educational environment.

In article schemes of the solution of inventive tasks are described. The solution of creative tasks to be suggested to build with application of heuristic receptions which are based on one of key concepts TRIZ – a technical contradiction. Article is addressed to teachers of schools, gymnasiums, lyceums; it is useful to graduate students and the experts working in the field of creative pedagogics.
