Working program of a subject matter "Theoretical psychology" (B1. B 10.) it is developed for the undergraduates of the 2nd course who are trained in the Psychology direction 37.04.01 according to requirements of FGOS3+VPO for this direction and the provision on working programs of subject matters (FGOS VPO approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation 07.04.2014 No. 946). Main objectives and tasks, including in a format of competences are presented. The used active methods, forms of carrying out occupations are described. The main subjects of a course, structure and contents of the program, the requirement to development of discipline by means of independent work, in the form of control questions, examination cards, criteria of exposure of estimates are given.

The paper deals with the main characteristics of the developed subject role-playing game as a leading kind of activity of preschool children and its structure: game plot and contents, the diagnosed components of structure of subject role-playing game of preschool child. The supervision method is reasonable as the main method of psycho-diagnostics at preschool children. The results of the analysis – number of the children using components of a subject role-playing game – showed insufficient possession of game by preschool children.

The paper presents the results of study of psychological prerequisites of gender-specific differences in preschooler's self-esteem. The authors ground theoretical approaches to the study of self-esteem and gen-der differences in self-esteem of preschoolers. In groups, the patients with different level of self-esteem were diagnosed The direct and inverse relationship of indicators of self-esteem of preschool boys and girls and indicators of sex and age identification were singled out.

The paper describes the results of empirical study of relationship between family type and image of family among preschool children. The authors test the hypothesis on the difference image of the family in children from complete and incomplete families on a sample of 20 older preschoolers from kindergarten groups, with an equal number of each type families. The results of the research, and the use of statistical Mann-Whitney test showed a partial confirmation of the hypothesis.
