In article regularities of a ratio of creativity and resilience at teenagers with different levels are analyzed. In work the review of psychological literature is carried out and justification of theoretical approaches to research of creativity and resilience of the personality is given. Data on reliability of communication between creativity and resilience at teenagers are obtained: the creativity level is higher, the resilience level at the teenager is lower. Results are received by means of criterion of rangovy correlation of Spirmen.

In work the creativity phenomenon considered as a resource of professional development of the identity of the student psychologist was investigated. Level of creativity of students psychologists was analyzed, features of the cognitive and semantic sphere of the personality at students with higher levels of creativity and its smaller levels were studied. The cognitive and semantic sphere of the personality was meant as types of thinking and meanings of educational activity. Results of research have shown that students with higher levels of creativity possess mainly evident and figurative type of thinking. At group of students psychologists with higher level of creativity semantic categories are more expressed in comparison with students with smaller levels of creativity.

In article the interrelation of educational motivation and the sociometric status of younger school students of 1 class is considered. The interrelation of criteria is considered on the example of pupils of 1 class. The review of psychological literature from a position of age psychology, creativity psychology is given. On selection of 30 first graders it is proved, the sociometric status of the first grader is connected with the level of school motivation and progress and attribution of success - failure. Reliability of results is proved by means of Mann-Whitney's U-criterion.

In article efficiency of professional activity of the psychologist working in the field of career guidance is investigated: interrelation of the choice of the direction of preparation according to results of professional testing and educational success of students of higher education institution. The short review of work of the psychologist in the field of career guidance is carried out. On the basis of the analysis of experimental data of selection of 72 students 2-3 courses the conclusion is drawn on rather higher success of the students who have chosen the direction of preparation on educational programs of higher education institution according to results of professional testing.

Research of maintenance of metacompetences of the personality is presented in this article. Questions of definition of concept of metacompetences within graphic activity on the example of children of younger school age were considered. The analysis of an origin of concept of metacompetence and the review of domestic and foreign researches in this sphere is given. Metacompetences are defined how the competences which are on a joint of emotional resources and art creativity in the context of intersubject communications. According to age characteristics of children of younger school age research methods are proved. Characteristics of metacompetences of area of emotional perception of children, and also understanding and orientation of the child in the field of feelings and emotions have acted as a subject of empirical research. Reliable communication (correlation according to Pearson) between emotional intelligence and a scale "ability to choose", and also between a cognitive scale and a scale of emotional contents is found.
