The paper presents the results of the research of motivation of pupils, when they choose a profile of education at school. The paper is addressed to school teachers, school psychologists, graduate students and experts, studying the problem of professional education.

The role and value of didactics of the higher school are considered in article from positions of motivation of students to educational activity. Intrinsic lines of various groups of methods their influence on motivation and prospects of development of didactics of the higher school are defined.

Due to the humanization of training, education and development of each child more and more actual is a problem of early disclosure of creative potential of the preschool child. For justification of the theoretical importance of a problem of creativity of children, the technique on identification of level of creativity at children of the advanced preschool age which results are stated in this work was picked up and carried out.

The article reflects the influence of the subjective factors of motivation for professional activity depending on the level of formation and describes the analysis results for the four methods and the graphical indicator according to the results in the process of creating and implementing a development programme of the fac-tors studied.
