The relevance of the problem under study is connected with the study of the peculiarities of the development of motivation for innovative activity among teachers of additional education. The motivational sphere of a teacher, the value and meaning of professional activity is a powerful factor that determines professional development, sets its content, direction, intensity and patterns of using personal potential. The purpose of the study: to identify the level of development of motivation for innovative activity among teachers of additional education, to design a psychological and pedagogical program for the development of motivation for innovative activity among teachers of additional education. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the work of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of developing an innovative system of additional education for children, the motivational sphere of a teacher. Research methods: theoretical (study and analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature; analysis, generalization and systematization of information from scientific sources); empirical (testing, questioning, pedagogical experiment); methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The study was conducted on the basis of the municipal budgetary institution of additional education "Center for Children's Creativity" in Tula. The study involved 20 teachers of additional education. The diagnostic program included the following methods: a scale of readiness for creative and innovative activity (S.Yu. Stepanov), diagnostics of personal self-actualization (A.V. Lazukin’s method adapted by N.F. Kalin), diagnostics of group motivation (I.D. Ladanov), assessing the readiness of a teacher to participate in innovative activities. The developed psychological and pedagogical program is aimed at improving the professional competence of additional education teachers, developing motivational readiness for innovative activities, positive thinking skills, etc. The developed program includes the following general forms of work: seminars, classes with elements of training, design, competition, creative tasks, etc. It is based on the following principles: science, system, availability, activity and consciousness. As part of the program, teachers of additional education master pedagogical techniques for developing motivation for innovation. The results of the study can be used in organizing psychological and pedagogical support for teachers of additional education.

The development of children's tourism plays an important role for any region, since it simultaneously performs several socially significant functions: educational, upbringing and recreational. The purpose of the work is to analyze the development of children's tourism in the Altai region. Main results: stages of children's tourism formation are revealed; priority areas for the development of children's tourism are identified, including those as a field of additional education; the tasks assigned to organizations working in the sphere of children's tourism are formulated; specialized Internet content was analyzed; the conclusion is made about wide experience in the field of tourism development and the need for further work to improve children's tourism in Altai.
The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of researching digital education centers in the system of integrating science, additional and professional education. The results of the training experiment based on the "IT cube" in Smolensk are presented.
The article reveals the role of digitalization in the personalization of education, as well as as a tool for improving the field of education, which is an integral part of the formation of human capital. The key strategic state initiatives in the field of general and additional education are also considered. The created educational information systems are analyzed, its shortcomings and state measures for the development of the sphere and the solution of applied problems, the solution of which causes difficulties at the present time, are revealed. In addition to infrastructural obstacles on the way to future transformations, the level of readiness of participants in the educational process is considered and measures to overcome the identified obstacles are proposed.
The subject of the study is additional education in the system of Russian vocational education. The purpose of the study is to consider the main problems of its organization. It is shown that along with a number of advantages, there are also a number of difficulties and contradictions, including the contradiction between the need to develop forms and types of additional professional education and the lack of modern practical recommendations and methods for their development and implementation. It is proposed to introduce the academic discipline «Organization of additional education» into the curricula of pedagogical specialties. As an example, Methodological guidelines for practical classes in this discipline are presented, intended for students of the training direction 44.03.04 «Vocational training (by industry).
