The relevance of the presented study is due to the need for early detection and development of children's talent. Musical talent is one of the artistic talent types, the signs of which are revealed at the stage of preschool childhood already. We assume that the optimal conditions for the development of musical talent in preschool children may be additional education programs implemented on the basis of pre-school educational institutions. Thus, the aim of the study is to study the content of additional general development programs, as well as various forms of organization of children's activities aimed at the development of musical talent of preschool age children in conditions of additional education. The leading method in the preparation of this article was the theoretical analysis and comparison of various concepts and approaches to the development of children’s musical talent, which studied the essential characteristics of the concept of "talent", clarified the structure of musical talent of preschool children. The method of pedagogical experience generalization allowed to formulate conclusions about the need to develop special programs, the implementation of which would contribute to the development of musical talents. The article presents the author's additional general developing program "Rainbow of Talents". It focuses on the development of all components of preschool children musical talent (musical abilities, initiative and interest to musical activity, creativity manifestations). Various forms of children's activities organization are offered within the framework of the program. The joint musical activity of the child with the adult is based on the partnership and involves both group forms (thematic music classes, music halls, evenings of leisure, etc.) and individual (individual developing music classes). For the development of each component of musical talent, we selected a variety of didactic tools, exercises, games-improvisations, creative tasks, as well as approximate topics of projects aimed at developing interest in the art of music. Unlike the main program, the program of additional education allows to satisfy the individual preferences of children through a variety of children’s activity organization forms. The implementation of the proposed additional general development program allows to improve the level of children’s musical and creative abilities development, to form a stable interest in musical activity, which will increase the number of children with signs of musical talent, identified at the stage of preschool childhood. The article may be interesting for educators of preschool educational organizations: teachers of additional education and music instructors.

The article presents the experience of the Secondary School No. 257 in the Pushkinsky District of St. Petersburg in implementing the meta-topic within the framework of the experimental platform “Designing models for integrating extracurricular activities and additional education of students in general education organization”. The authors present a project plan and an algorithm for studying the meta-topic.
The article deals with topical issues of the development of inclusive education in institutions of supplementary education for children. Attention is drawn to the fact that the system of additional education of children in our country has a great inclusive potential. An analysis of the data on the accessibility of additional education for students with disabilities and disabled children is given, priority tasks for the development of inclusive education in the context of additional education are highlighted.

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the main task of additional education at the moment is to provide students with knowledge and skills that will not become outdated in the foreseeable future, to form and develop such personal qualities that will make it easier for a person to adapt to social realities, will help a person to fulfil himself/herself in a complex, contradictory society in the most adequate ways in personal and social terms. Thus, at present, the issue of improving work to improve the quality of education, the effectiveness of teaching activities, and assessing the quality of the work of the teaching staff is especially serious in the additional education of children. Quality management in education acts as a strategic component in the system of activities of additional education institutions, ensuring the purposeful work of all subjects of the pedagogical process in terms of functioning and development, as well as creating flexible organizational structures and diverse educational and developmental programs. The purpose of the study considered in the article is to find a systemic approach to managing the quality of educational activities in a particular institution of additional education. The issue of the quality of educational activities is considered through the content, aspects of the development and implementation of the Development Program of the municipal educational institution of additional education - the Center for Creative Development "Oktyabrsky" (Izhevsk), the results of the of the program "Monitoring of educational activities quality" implementation are evaluated. The needs of children and the expectations of parents for the possibility and necessity of getting high-quality additional education put forward new requirements for the competences of a modern teacher, who has a direct influence on the quality of the educational process. Therefore, special attention is paid to the description of a mobile system for improving the professional competency of teachers, taking into account new trends in additional education. The results of the study prove the need for systematic work to form a mechanism for a unified system for collecting, processing and storing information about the condition of the educational process in each educational institution. The theoretical and practical significance of this study lies in the creation of flexible methods that allow an educational institution to choose a suitable system for assessing the quality of education.
