This article represents an analysis of the current educational program of some latinamerican higher universities, generalization of cross-cultural experience and regional peculiarities of the integration of latinamerican higher educational establishments, their international programs (on the example of Mexico, Brasil, Chile) with the aim of identification of a successful result of the cross-cultural integration in the Higher Education of the region. The article is also devoted to the academic interconnection of the student groups of the universities on the regional and international levels as well as international programs, enabling the development and strengthening of cultural relations of different educational units and moulding of professionally-oriented competence of the staffs of the universities in Latin America, a very important part of which is the academic mobility.
This article presents the experience of teaching English to students at Ryazan Technological College. It outlines various approaches to fostering communicative competence in English language classes. The aim of the study is to analyze the specific features of developing both monologic and dialogic speech within the contexts of sociocultural and professional communication.
The formation of multilingual personality is an urgent task for the modern higher education system. The article examines the process of developing students' ability to fluently master several languages and effectively operate in a multilingual environment. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of educational work and the introduction of innovative teaching methods aimed at enhancing the quality of personnel training with a high level of communicative competence.
