The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of professional foreign language competence of a modern teacher, the use of modern technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language, improving the professional competence of teaching staff and the formation of their professional readiness to solve problems in the field of teaching foreign languages and cultures.
Interaction with employers is a necessary condition in personnel training. The article describes the experience of working in the training of personnel for the preschool edu-cation system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), where direct employers participate in the development of OPOP, in the implementation of the program and in the evaluation. Tracking professional development after graduation is also the result of the work of the college’s teaching staff.
