The article gives the classification of fundamental and applied problems of statistical science. The factors influencing the development and improvement of statistical methodology. Marked improvements in statistical methodology using large data, end-to-end digital technology and information platforms. Formulated new objectives, methodology arising from the implementation of the concept of the digital economy. Are the results of the analysis of the potential and risks of these tasks. The execution of the research included the examination of the opinions of the scientific community, practitioners and the public, as reflected in the conclusions.
In the conditions of the digital economy, a fundamental change in theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to the analysis of financial security occurs. The factors and conditions for implementing financial security are changing. In this regard, there is a need to develop basic definitions (financial security, national interests in financial security, threat to national security, financial security), as well as criteria for classifying thekey types of threats to financial security. In addition, distinctions are required in financial security implemented in traditional and digital economies. The question of how to prevent and neutralize threats to financial security in modern conditions requires separate consideration. This article is devoted to the consideration of these problems.

The article discusses the main economic indicators of the modern technologies market dynamics over the past five years, as well as tools for consuming information in the modern media environment. The relevance of the topic is determined by the accelerated development of the market of “smart” gadgets for children and the reflection of this trend on the general consumer basket of the population in Russia. The purpose of the study is to identify the main directions and dynamics of the use of modern technologies by children in the economic and social aspect. The conclusion is drawn about the positive dynamics of the development of the market of “smart” things for children and their influence on the socio-psychological portrait of the child.
The rapid development of productive forces and industrial relations has laid the foundation to become a relatively new type of economy in the 21th century, dubbed the «digital economy». However, the formation of the digital economy would not have been possible without an appropriate ideological reflection of the changes taking place with humanity on a planetary scale. While all previous scientific and technological shifts were mostly spontaneous, the digital revolution became the product of conscious planning. In many ways, it was the merit of futurology. The article examines the key stages of futurology development in the 20th century, taking into account their role in the progress of economic relations. The author distinguishes three stages. The first of them is connected with the birth of futurology and general philosophical understanding of the problems of human development in the 20th century. The second stage includes the latest achievements of mathematics and cybernetics in the futurology methodology. There is a quality leap in the use of economic and mathematical modeling. The third stage is connected with the prerequisites for the development of the digital economy and continues until now.
The article highlights the main changes in marketing, taking into account globalization and the development of digital technologies. The theoretical aspects of digital marketing are considered, an analysis of trends in the development of the digital technology market for the promotion of companies is presented.
