The introduction of a national digital currency is, objectively, an increasingly necessary element to ensure the stability and relative independence of the fiscal system. This article discusses the positive and negative aspects of the digital ruble and China's experience in introducing the digital yuan. The existing conditions, such as the crisis and sanctions, require the creation of domestic payment systems, which can ensure the financial independence of both individual areas and the state as a whole. Own digital currency can also reduce the sensitivity to fluctuations in the U.S. dollar.
The article discusses the main directions of regulation of the digital economy through the implementation of the national program «Digital Economy» and the federal project «Information Infrastructure», the main problems of digital transformation of Russian business and ways to solve them.
In the article, the authors consider possible approaches to the periodization of management as a management practice in the 20th and 19th centuries. Based on a critical review of the existing approaches in the educational and scientific literature, they propose to single out the following stages: the formation of «shop»/factory management; the formation of «industrial» management of mass production; development of management marketing; formation of participatory management; formation of overall quality management; formation of information/global management; formation of sustainable development management/Factories of the Future. It is noted that all these stages are interconnected with each other in time and space.
