In the article, the authors reveal the essence of emotional burnout; present the results of the study of emotional burnout and stress resistance of teachers; proposed and implemented an art therapy program aimed at improving the stress resistance of teachers. At a statistically significant level, it is proved that the positive dynamics in reducing the symptoms of emotional burnout occurred due to the psychocorrective influence of art therapy.
The article deals with the study of the severity of the components of emotional burnout and intelligence of secondary school teachers. The process of reducing resources is manifested in symptoms of emotional exhaustion and lack of interest and satisfaction from professional activities, personal detachment of teachers. The results of the study allow us to identify areas of implementation and development of psychological and pedagogical programs to prevent the syndrome of emotional burnout of teachers.
This article is devoted to the problem of emotional burnout for the specialists of social sphere. Factors of emotional burnout occurrence are singled out. The research that emotional burnout of specialists in social sphere has some peculiarities and characteristic reasons connected with the kind of their work activity and also with the content of their work assignments is presented. On the basis of the carried out research the conclusions are presented.

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that, despite the recognition and study of the burnout syndrome, there is still a large number of recorded cases of burnout among teachers. In addition, the impact of the value sphere of the individual on the manifestation of the syndrome is not sufficiently defined, and in this regard, preventive measures and methods for its elimination remain focused only on external factors. The purpose of our work was to study the relationship between value orientations and emotional burnout among teachers. We believe that the sum of individual factors is the most important and significant in terms of preventing burnout syndrome.
The article characterizes the concepts of "stress", "emotional burnout" and "prevention of emotional burnout" of a future teacher in the process of professional training based on the analysis of modern pedagogical and psychological research. The results of our own experimental study of the degree of emotional burnout of senior students in the direction of Pedagogical education are presented. A preliminary analysis of the data obtained was carried out and based on the identification of components, criteria, indicators and the selection of appropriate diagnostics, ways of forming the readiness of future teachers to withstand stress and emotional burnout were outlined.
