The factor that determines professional stress among the employees of beauty industry is, first of all, a high communicative load: intensity, duration and cognitive complexity of official communication. At the same time, these employees are not satisfied with the quality of their life usually: they experience social injustice, insecurity, loss of social prestige and status. The main external factors that play a significant role in the development of professional stress include role and organizational ones. Role-related stress factors include: role conflict; role-based uncertainty; dissatisfaction with professional and personal growth (self-actualization); low social status; role behavioral stereotypes that limit creative activity; isolation in a meaningful (reference) group; negative gender role attitudes, infringing rights and freedom of the individual. Organizational stress factors include: excessive level of stress and the amount of work, especially with unrealistic time limits; monotony of the work; large personal resources investment in work and the lack of recognition and positive evaluation; physical exhaustion, lack of rest or lack of normal sleep; work without further professional development; tension and conflicts in interpersonal relations; insufficient support from colleagues; emotional saturation or cognitive complexity of communication, etc.
The most important component of mental health is stress resistance, i.e. the ability to withstand stress factors, to be able to overcome difficulties and all of the obstacles. The urgency of the problem of stress resistance formation in adolescence gradually grows for various reasons: difficult age problems for schoolchildren, lack of effectiveness of pedagogical assistance in adolescents with low stress resistance, lack of communication in real life, lack of attention from teachers to the problem of stress resistance as a global one. Today, children are full of aggression, anger, cruelty, all of these factors are caused by stress factors. It is during adolescence that children are very vulnerable and have a tendency to stress. Adolescents most often have problems related particularly to motivation and resistance to stress. These problems are very closely related to each other, and they require a specific solution.
In the article, the authors reveal the essence of emotional burnout; present the results of the study of emotional burnout and stress resistance of teachers; proposed and implemented an art therapy program aimed at improving the stress resistance of teachers. At a statistically significant level, it is proved that the positive dynamics in reducing the symptoms of emotional burnout occurred due to the psychocorrective influence of art therapy.
In this paper, the importance of personal qualities of employees in the field of management for choosing coping strategies is considered. In modern society, employers want to see active, smart employees who are able to withstand the most difficult and stressful situations, which is why stress resistance is the main quality of managers. Hypothesis: we assume that there is a relationship between personal qualities and coping strategies of managers. The aim of our study is to explore the values of personal qualities of managers for choosing coping strategies. The relationship of personal qualities and coping strategies of managers was revealed, which proves the confirmation of the hypothesis.
