In connection with the increase of public hopes in the relationship of educational bodies, a special interest for the purpose of scientists, teachers and specialists in psychology involves the study of the difficulties of psychological mental abilities of students. The note notes the establishment of the definition of "emotional intelligence", its composition. The results of the study of psychological mental abilities of about students of the pedagogical university were presented.

Empathy has deep roots in our brains and bodies, as well as in our evolutionary history. It is linked to two different pathways in the brain, and scientists have suggested that some aspects of empathy can be traced back to mirror neurons, cells in the brain that are activated when we observe someone.
The article describes the results of an experimental study of the emotional state of children, the level of their emotional intelligence. The effectiveness of the program developed and conducted with children for the development and correction of children's emotional states by means of art therapy has been proved. The results of the work carried out are described.
