in article the modern situation in society is analyzed on the basis of what the relevance of a research of structural and substantial features of emotional intelligence of students psychologists moves forward. The review of various psychological sources, including theses and scientific articles on a problem of emotional intelligence is also submitted. On results of an empirical research on studying to structural and substantial features of emotional intelligence of students psychologists.
This article discusses the development of emotional in younger adolescence. The characteristic of younger adolescence is given. It describes the development of the emotional sphere of the younger teenager. The interpersonal emotional intelligence of younger teens is studied. A characteristic of the level indicators of interpersonal emotional intelligence of younger adolescents is given: the ability to understand the emotions of others and the ability to control the emotions of another person.
The rationale of this paper is characterized by the main role of emotions in the personal development, the high interest of native and foreign specialists to this issue, and understudied developmental problems of teen-age emotional intelligence development. It is given the data of emotional intelligence tests of 6th and 8th forms schoolchildren in Orenburg. The emotional intelligence level was scored by test «EmIn» suggested by D.V. Lusin. As a result of empirical research the difference of informative features in the structure of younger and elder schoolchildren’s emotional intelligence was developed.
Younger adolescence is a period in which interpersonal communication is determined by the development of the ability to understand, explain their emotions and the emotions of other people. Psychological neoplasms of this age is the development of the emotional and intellectual sphere. The article presents the results of a study on the development of emotional intelligence in younger adolescents using music therapy. The program has been tested and has shown its effectiveness. The created program can find application in the process of developing the emotional intelligence of younger adolescents, conducted in various educational institutions.

The article is devoted to the study of the emotional intelligence of children 5-6 years old. The author substantiates the relevance of this problem, as well as the choice of technology used in the forming experiment. The main part of the article presents the structure of the lesson using Mozartik technology. The ascertaining experiment is described, the intermediate results of the forming experiment are presented.
