In this paper, the features of the effective use and development of human capital in the conditions of digitalization of the business environment were considered. The ways of human capital development are described.
In connection with the digitalization of all spheres of society, the main focus is: the use of modern technologies, the transfer of various types of data into digital form, the processing of large amounts of information, which contributes to improving the quality of products and to increasing labor productivity in general.
One of the factors of effective digitalization of business may be the activation of the human factor. Consequently, the issues of human capital development in order to increase business productivity in the context of widespread digitalization remain relevant.
Taking into account the trends towards digitalization, it is the concept of human management as one of the last stages in the evolution of human resource management that will be a priority in the theory of personnel management and in the management of a digital enterprise. This will be related:
• with the involvement of new personnel who quickly adapt to the modern digital environment;
• with the introduction of modern digital competencies;
• with the creation of modern motivation programs;
• ensuring involvement in the process of change as a whole.
Consequently, widespread digitalization requires innovative methods of human capital management, taking into account modern views on management problems.
Digitalization is one of the most important trends in modern economic development and management. Human capital plays a huge role in its successful development. The active use of information technology predetermines the need to modernize the approaches that are used in the management of human resources in the company. The paper considers the main features of managing the development of human capital in the context of digital transformation, identifies the main problems associated with this process. The prospects for using the network form of management are characterized with an emphasis on the project approach to solving economic problems.
The key direction of the development of modern schools is the process of digitalization of the educational process, which allows to increase human capital. The intregration of "digits" into the general education system is the requirement of our time. The creation of the informational and educational environment with access to the Internet, the use of online platforms for organizing the educational process, the integration of electronic education systems, the use of modern teaching tools allow to increase the motivation for learning of a modern student. The use of modern information and communication technologies in the organization of the educational space prepares a school graduate for a conscious choice of a future profession, which is undoubtedly a successful factor in the development of the future business environment.

Human capital is becoming increasingly important for the individual, employers, society and the state in the modern world. In this connection, domestic secondary vocational pedagogical education is given an important role in its development which requires comprehension of sources for renewal of its determination as a sphere of human capital development. The purpose of the study is to identify and classify the factors, patterns and potential for determination renewal of secondary vocational pedagogical education as a sphere of human capital development. It has been conducted on the basis of anthropological approach with the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, observation, survey, and expert evaluation. The institutions of secondary vocational pedagogical education of the Kemerovo region and other regions as well as their social partners in the development of human capital served as an experimental basis for the study. It involved 8205 respondents. As a result, the state and degree of the knowledge about examined problems have been found; the evolution of determination of domestic secondary vocational pedagogical education in relation to the stages of its genesis, other circumstances and factors has been analyzed; the essential characteristics of "student's human capital" have been revealed from pedagogical positions; the potential of this type of education, capable to provide the development of student's human capital has been identified. Scientific novelty of the results consists in the fact that for the first time determination of secondary vocational pedagogical education as a sphere of human capital development became a subject of scientific research; for the first time the factors, patterns and potential that cause such determination in the context of pedagogical concept of "human capital of a student" were identified. Their theoretical significance lies in their contribution to the theory of secondary vocational pedagogical education as the knowledge about this phenomenon. And practically they can serve as a theoretical basis for designing innovative socio-pedagogical systems and technologies of student's human capital development, for modernization of socio-pedagogical activity in domestic system of secondary vocational education, in the system of professional development and retraining of professional and pedagogical personnel, for improvement of this type of education development management in the Russian Federation regions.

When analyzing the phenomenon of individual human capital, one cannot fail to take into account the factor of the quality of life of both the individual and his/her family members, which is especially important in 2024, which has been declared the Year of the Family in the Russian Federation. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between solving intrafamily social problems associated with unable to work family members and improving the quality of regional human capital. It is shown that effective regional policies aimed at meeting the social needs of unable to work family members (children and the elderly) affect the ability of the working population to ensure their professional development, which ensures an increase in the quality of regional human capital.
