Social and cultural modernization is directly related to myths, which fills the emotional content of the provisions of a specific doctrine and thus provides a high degree of mobilization of followers. Myth updated socio-cultural symbols and thus provides an opportunity to use the potential of the archetypes.

The article is devoted to the problem of motivation of firm personnel, at the expense of the tool of corporate values. The problem of motivation and motivation of employees is considered from two positions. From administration position, the founder of the text of mission, and from firm personnel which has to real-ize ideas of mission in the work. The tools and technology of research are proved by the semantic analysis of the text, requirements and personnel values are studied, comparison, comparison of declared ideas and real requirements, personnel values is carried out. Conclusions and effectiveness of mission on scales of turnover of staff are drawn.

He designates foundations of religion ideology that let positive disclose theme about meaning of life; analyzes character of presence of this theme within the confines of ideologies, that not give necessary theoretic foundations of its disclosing and specifies, that ability to pose and solve the problem of meaning of life is most important criterion of evaluation of philosophy's systems.

The importance of community and fixing such importance in sources of law are considers. The classification of community’s functions and order of their realizing are shown. On the base of the research, the authors describe the major role of community in formation of society ideology during the reviewed period, organization of social relations and political governing.
