In the modern world of advanced technologies, it is difficult to imagine life without the use of the Internet and the gadgets we are used to. However, even now there are social groups that have limited access to modern technology. The digital divide in society has a number of causes related to different social groups. This problem has consequences that negatively affect human life.
The article examines the current problems of the Russian Federation in the field of corruption crimes committed, in particular, in the customs authorities. The influence of coronavirus on the level of corruption has been studied, the causes and methods of committing acts of corruption have been analyzed, as well as the main types of corruption manifestations have been considered and ways to combat them have been proposed.

The purpose of the study is to ethically reflect on the health system's response to the global pandemic challenge. Object and methods. SSMU students in the amount of 100 people studying in 1-6 courses of the medical, pediatric and dental faculties using questionnaires, anamnestic, statistical methods. Results. It can be concluded that in general, students demonstrate a low level of ethical maturity. Conclusion. It should be more attentive to the moral and ethical component of work during pandemics.
Objective. Comparative characteristics of the number of cases of diseases and deaths, mortality rates from COVID-19 in Moscow, Smolensk and Bryansk regions in comparison with the Russian Federation. Methods. Statistical, analytical. The data were obtained on the basis of open sources on coronavirus infection for two years of the COVID-19 pandemic (from 29.03.2020 to 29.03.2022). Conclusion. During the two years of the pandemic, an unfavorable epidemiological situation has been observed in each of the three subjects of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Smolensk and Bryansk regions), while the maximum increase in the number of cases of diseases and deaths, mortality rates are different. These differences require different efforts to mobilize human, logistical, information and other health resources, as well as time frames for quarantine measures and restrictive measures.
The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of the incidence of the genitourinary system in the Russian Federation and the Smolensk region in the period from 2017 to 2021. The materials for the analysis were the reporting forms of municipalities, which were published by the Central Research Institute for Organization and Informatization of Healthcare of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
