The educational standards of higher education stipulate that graduates have universal competencies, which imply the ability to creatively solve production, research, socio-cultural, managerial and other tasks, which determined the relevance of the development and implementation in the educational process of methods and techniques that contribute to the formation of key competencies. The purpose of the article is to identify the most effective forms of work on the development of students' cognitive activity. The article de-scribes the methods and techniques tested in modern Russian language classes, which contribute to the improvement of the quality of training of specialists in philology: creative works, project activities, linguistic discussions and debates, practice-oriented tasks, etc.
The article examines the relevance of the spiritual development of schoolchildren and students of pedagogical educational institutions by means of theatrical activity. The role of educational research projects in the spiritual and moral education of the younger generation is shown. The main task of theatrical art in connection with the problem of broadcasting cultural heritage is revealed.
The article substantiates the activity-based approach to the implementation of career guidance for schoolchildren through the inclusion of students in project activities of an interdisciplinary nature. Activity-based career guidance is of great relevance because it is based on the active involvement of students in the process of self-knowledge, research of professional directions and acquisition of practical skills. An example of an interdisciplinary project for students in grades 8–11 is given, its goals, content and results are substantiated in the aspect of activity-based professional guidance. This ap-proach will help students not only gain information about various professions, but also understand their preferences and abilities. It also promotes a deeper and more conscious approach to students’ choice of vocational education.
The topic is relevant for all social services and organizations of families and children of our country, because project activities ensure the efficiency of employees and the quality of customer service. Family and childhood issues in the modern world are an absolute priority of state social policy, which means that social protection institutions are interested in providing a wide range of services using innovative activities. The effectiveness of the application of social design depends on many factors: the qualifications and motivation of employees, methodological equipment, the material and technical base of the institution, ac-cumulated experience in this field. In order to analyze the application of social design by organizations of social services for families and children of the Smolensk region, we conducted a study aimed at studying innovative activities through the project.
