The article describes the pedagogical experience in developing fourth-graders ideas about the light in project activities using the digital laboratory Releon Kids. The authors consider the concept of «light» and the conditions that affect the development of ideas about light among younger students, give a general description of the children's digital laboratory Releon Kids, especially the use of project activities in primary school. The stages and results of a pedagogical experiment on the use of this digital laboratory as a means of developing fourth-graders' ideas about light are described. An example of using the Releon Kids digital laboratory for measuring the level of illumination in the classroom is given.
The article indicates the relevance of using a digital microscope in primary educa-tion, as a means of developing ideas about the kingdom of mushrooms in project activities. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and experi-mentally verify the possibility of developing third-graders ideas about the king-dom of mushrooms in project activities using a digital microscope. The article is devoted to the study of communication skills formation among fourth-graders in the process of preparing the "Space" project. One of the tasks of primary school is to develop skills of communication with peers. To solve this problem, we propose to use project activities. The aim of the study was to identify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of communication skills among fourth-graders through the preparation of the "Space" project. The authors consider theoretical and methodological aspects of the project activities use in the formation of communication skills in fourth-graders, and give examples of the organization of the "Space" project. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of communication skills in fourth-graders can contribute to the development of communication skills of students in the process of working on a project.

The article highlights the issue of patriotic education of student youth, examines the theoretical and practical foundations of patriotism, a culture of patriotism, presents the results of a study of youth perception of the theme of the Great Patriotic War, which was conducted by the Russian Society of Sociologists in 2019-2020. The aim of the work is a holistic presentation of the generalized experience of educational extracurricular work of Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin in the context of the Year of Memory and Glory in the Russian Federation and taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process of the university in a distance format in an unfavorable epidemiological situation. The methodological basis of the work is formed by the systemic, environmental and personality-oriented approaches. Following the selected approaches, in the light of the analysis of new opportunities in organizing work with youth, the most effective remote forms and methods of extracurricular work at the university and their characteristics are highlighted, the resources of the information and communication environment of the university in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 are given. Particular attention is paid to the scientific potential of the university, the contribution of scholarly historians of Ryazan State University to the preservation of the historical truth about the Great Patriotic War and the prospects for scientific research and further research in the field of history education, which contributes to the theoretical significance of the work. The practical significance of the results obtained follows from the generalized experience of educational extracurricular work of Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin in the light of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Nowadays, especially in the period of the distance format of the work of universities, the continuation of work on the patriotic education of student youth is important and relevant. The authors describe the experience of the university, formed with the use of research and practical work. In the opinion of the authors, it is important that during the period of the pandemic, the university staff created such conditions that students did not feel the loss of connection with the university, which is important in the work on patriotic education of young people and the formation of general cultural competences of students. In the current conditions, being involved in the activities of student associations, project work, volunteer movement, everyone should have the opportunity to make a personal contribution to the preservation of the historical truth about the Great Patriotic War, to the formation of a civic active position, which is important in the work on patriotic education of the youth and the formation of general cultural competences of students. This publication is to share positive experience in the extraordinary conditions of the activities of all universities in the Russian Federation.
